Service & Offerings
- Regular Cleaning: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly maintenance

- Small Commercial Cleaning: Offices, holiday lets, and end-of-tenancy cleans
Please send me a message describing what sort of help you're looking for and the frequency, your general location, and if relevant, how many bathrooms and bedrooms your property has, and I'll get straight back to you.
Once availability is confirmed, we can arrange a convenient time for me to have a short visit (or video call) and talk through your priorities. I can then confirm a quote and secure your booking.
Regular cleaning covers the essentials: surface cleaning of all agreed rooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Deep cleaning is more detailed and can include: inside appliances, on top of high cupboards, high wall tiles, grout cleaning, or heavy limescale removal. We can tailor a plan together.
Not at all. A quick clear-up helps, but I can also assist with decluttering if needed.
Booking & Scheduling
Not unless you'd like to be. Many clients provide a key or code, which is stored securely.
Please give 48 hours' notice where possible.
I'm based in Loughborough and cover surrounding villages including Mountsorrel, Quorn, Barrow-upon-Soar, Sileby, Rothley, Shepshed, and nearby areas. Typically within a 7-mile radius of Loughborough. Please feel free to ask if you're unsure.
Pricing & Payment
Regular domestic services are charged hourly (2-hour minimum). Deep cleans, one-offs, end-of-tenancy, and commercial cleans are quoted individually.
Bank transfer preferred, though cash and cheque are accepted. Deposits are typically required for deep cleans and one-offs.
Yes – things like cupboard interiors, kitchen unit tops, blinds and steam cleaning can be added if booked in advance (may require extra time).
I don't currently offer ironing, carpet cleaning, or full oven cleans, but I can recommend local specialists. My business is expanding and growing all the time, so do check back for service additions.
Products & Equipment
Yes – I use professional products and equipment. If you'd like me to use yours, I'll just need to source the safety information first.
Pets & Allergies
Yes – I use pet-safe products and am experienced working around cats and dogs.
I can switch to gentler products or steam cleaning if needed – just let me know in advance.
Trust & Safety
Yes – I hold public liability insurance and a DBS check.
Accidents are rare, but I'm fully insured. Please report issues within 24 hours.
Securely, never labelled with your details, and returned/deleted when our work ends.
Support for Elderly Clients
Yes – I offer cleaning, light household help, tidying, and companionship. I don't provide personal care (such as medication or bathing), but I can coordinate with family or care providers if needed.
Photos
Sometimes, for progress tracking or protection. Photos are deleted after 30 days unless you've signed a release form for marketing purposes.
Tailored Service
Yes – every clean is tailored to your priorities. We can rotate rooms, skip certain areas, or focus on specific zones. Clear communication is always welcome.
